My Philosophy
For me, yoga is not just about the postures and asanas, it is not a sport or exercise. It is a way of being in space and time, tuning our awareness to the joys of movement and stillness - simultaneously.

Even though my own exploration of Yoga has led me to become a teacher, I will forever remain as a student, and hopefully with the help of this site I can continue to expand my knowledge and spread the joy of Yoga & Meditation to more people.

If you would like to practice effective and take care of your body, soul and mind, to explore mindfulness practices, please come and join to my classes and retreats that take place mainly in Vietnam, Indonesia and Thailand.

I am not the teacher if you think that yoga is all about poses, pushing your body to extremes, quick fix results, to lose belly fat, etc.

My Story
Hello, my name is Berna. I have been practicing yoga more than 20 years. I trained mainly in Vinyasa, Yin Yoga and Mindfulness Meditation. I truly believe the magic of using breathe as the main tool and starting the movements from the core in my practices. In an effort to further understand body and mind, I combine somatic movements, TRE and Skinner Releasing Techniques and my classes are focusing on breathe and mindful movement.

My classes are heartfelt and intuitive, gently challenging and deeply nourishing.

Through creating a safe space and emphasis on softening and synchronising the breath I hold you the space to flow with more ease and grace while deepening your practice. I love to share pieces of my experiences with you.
